@terdon This seems like a delicate distinction (which vs that). Can you point me to an online discussion or explanation of these usages in this kind of context?
@Archemar Did you mean to write "looked over"? Because that means something different from "overlooked".
 
English is not my native langage I take 'overlook' as 'I didn't see it'.
