Have any of you had an issue where the keyboard doesn't work for a single application? (in my case Libreoffice, but has happened on other ones, like Firefox)

Unplugging doesn't help.

Only restarting the application helps.

In one instance resizing a file choice menu for a browser froze the app. Possibly the whole computer. I can't remember - it's been a while. Possibly Chromium.

Yeah, thing is that it seems to be at random. Today was just getting in the way of work enough that motivated me to ask.

@Braiam If it's not reliably reproducible, it would be hard to track down.

That resizing menu thing was reproducible for me. Might still be. But I didn't report it. I get tired of reporting bugs that are ignored, and this seemed like a particularly obscure one.

And people regularly ignore reliably reproducible bugs.

We're up to around 40k officlal cases here in Bombay.

That includes the people who have recovered, I think. It also includes people who are asymptomatic.

According to a list I just saw, our Ward has the second lowest number of cases, for what that is worth. Not that it will mean anything to anyone who isn't a local.

Also, that there are studies that have found that nasopharyngeal test can't detect virus after 11 days.

So, you call and wait for your test, it's likely that your results are negative.

There's sputum and serology test. The later just test if you had the virus, and isn't very targeted last time I've read..

@Braiam I've heard getting a nose swab is fairly unpleasant, though I haven't had the experience myself.

@FaheemMitha Yeah, they take a swab up to your nose and start moving. I've experienced it and I had phantom sensibilities the entire day :D
