Hello room. I've pulled Zephyr into the room at the request of @TinyGiant and @durron597. Zephyr will watch for cv-pls type messages and repost them to the Low Quality Posts HQ chat room. This room is utilized to pull many such requests from various rooms into a single location.
Zephyr will never post in this room. The only thing it'll do is watch the room.

I have now unstarred every question that got closed, and starred every single question durron posted in the last few days which is still not closed (despite the fact that I just spent the last of my votes on them)
