My thinkpad when runs Ubuntu if it takes high temperature It reduce cpu clock, but when it runs Clear Linux it doesn't reduce cpu clock and so the temperature became so high and then thinkpad power off automatically to save cpu's life.

Both Ubuntu and Clear Linux has tlp installed. What's the problem?
