Seems to me like you'd find some UEFI expertise here, and it's related to the RH VM's configuration more than the hypervisor, so I'm personally good with it at U&L. Now, I could be wrong and it's really a Hyper-V issue, but I'm sure that'll work out in the comments and we can migrate it as needed.
