I'm not thinking of posting there anything at all. There are at least two deleted nonsensical comments from OP and latter doesn't seem to have any sense on how to talk normally with those who are not your buddies! I can post an answer but I've a feeling that OP would bug me there with nonsense again, so I'll avoid the whole question. :-)

Actually, nobody remembers what it was intended for. Many made a fuzz around, until someone found out it's not even referenced from active code fragments – so it's not used at all.

But other than many other permissions, this is "not active but documented" (while we have enough permissions that are "active but not documented"). Pft.
