@dev0 I've heard other people than Matthew complain about the screen on the Galaxy Nexus, I know Leo Laporte spent a while criticising it on TWiG when he had a Galaxy Nexus, it doesn't use the same Super AMOLED technology as most of the rest of the Galaxy range, and apparently adjusting the brightness makes the individual pixel colours really obvious giving it a grainy effect, while still being a decent HD resolution.
