Does anyone know what the cheapest way to print a single copy of a public domain book is? Here's the book I'm interested in printing: archive.org/details/shabarabhasyavol032868mbpl
I've found sites that allow you print a single copy of a book if you have a text PDF of it, but in this case the PDF consists of scanned pages, not text. (And OCR would be impractical, as it contains a lot of an Indian words.) So are there any sites that will print a book if you upload a PDF consisting of scanned images?

@KeshavSrinivasan There almost certainly are, but I wouldn’t know them.
@StrongBad I really don’t know what I should do with your Meta question (What should I add as answers? How should I vote?). Can you please address my comments?

@StrongBad I have the same problem as @Wrzlprmft has. What's the purpose of that Meta question? Is there something broken like we ran out of off-topic close reasons. So far, I have been doing Review Close queue thousands of times, I don't feel that we need to fix.

@Wrzlprmft apparently I shouldn't have rushed to ask the question before leaving for the weekend. It stems from the linked answer by ff suggesting a single cw question to talk about the close reasons. As we have a couple of newly proposed closed reasons, I thought it was time. If it is not helpful, that is fine we can delete it.
I thought it would be good to able to look at the case for the new reasons in the same place/format as the old reasons.

@StrongBad Ah, I see. I do not think that this can work anymore. You cannot deduce anything from long-time meta voting activity.
Rather I would suggest to make a feature request to replace undergraduate with something like contents of an academic discipline.
This is something that can be voted upon now.
