In September, I discovered that my vitamin D was below the normal level. 19 ng/mL instead of 30 and higher. I started taking 1000 IU, and after 70 days it decreased to 17 ng/mL. I upped the dose to 2000 IU, and will know the results of the test tomorrow.
I wonder if it decreased further.
