I just heard an educated speaker say ingenuitive. That's listed in Wiktionary as "nonstandard", and I don't see it listed anywhere else.

It's the sort of thing a learner doesn't really need to add to their lexicon, but you always have to be prepared for people to derive words like this which are normally blocked by the existence of alternatives in the lexicon (ingenious in this case).
