It probably depends on the question. I can imagine some question suitable on Medical Sciences (they have a tag called sports). Maybe some questions would fit on Physical Fitness.
If you have something a bit more specific in mind, perhaps you can ask on some local meta whether the question would be on-topic on that site. Or you can ask for site recommendation on Meta Stack Exchange.
