Part 1:
Create a function to take an input as a string, and output a string determining which letter is typed by which hand.
Input: ASCII String
Output: ASCII String
Example:
Input: "Hello, World!"
OR: "RLRRRRELRLRLL"

That is the difficult part, I have a potential solution that uses /, but I'm not allowed to use that
