CREATE TABLE houses ( pkid serial primary key, address varchar(255) NOT NULL, rent float NOT NULL ); Now, my houses have features I want to register in the database. ...

I compared three queries
on a table with 100,000,000 rows of random values
one answer suggests group by and where, this took 2.5 minutes
the question joins three subselects, this took 1.5 hours
I also tried a simple join with where, this took so long that VirtualBox crashed my pc before it could finish, I think it had been running for 5 days
