@Optimizer Nothing. Feel free to do so. It's still different from a no-third-party-library answer and is still subject to - what Easterly Irk said - the rule that languages/interpreters must be older than the challenge.
@FryAmTheEggman I dunno. I thought it was supposed to be some sort of semi-quine(not really). As in looking for its own source in the answers instead of going directly there.

@FryAmTheEggman Well if you're trying to convince me that's a problem, I agree. But the rules as written bar all the answers, so that's also a problem, and a bigger one imo.
@CᴏɴᴏʀO'Bʀɪᴇɴ Your own computer will tell you what you have. Crucial will tell you what is compatible with your machine. Amazon and Newegg will sell you the parts.
Most laptops have a little panel that comes off with one screw on the bottom. But you can just look in your system properties to see what is currently installed.
@Doorknob in that case, my feedback is that I expect this to do little unless it's backed by the ability to take action (remove conversations, 30-min silences, etc), but perhaps this isn't a good use of mod effort

@Doorknob I think the overall cleaner solution would be to split into a site-related chat and a general chat. The idea that off-topic chatter ceases as soon as someone says something site-related is, IMO, unrealistic, and disruptive even if followed
@Doorknob Regarding "Consider creating a separate chatroom if a topic appears to be dominating or preventing effective discussion of other, more relevant topics.", I'd argue that by the time someone might notice it, it's already too late, and so that discussion should already have been in another chat room.
I'm taking a poor excuse for a comp sci class next year. We're going to be using Java, taught by a teacher who knows a little C++. We who are taking it are all going to die in that class.
To be honest, computer hardware has been pretty much drop dead simple for some time now. Google your model or motherboard, find compatible parts, plug them into the only place they will fit.
@flawr It would've been nice to know a long time ago. .-. I know about generic typing, I just didn't know you could basically extract a type while passing a method.
@Geobits it used to be simpler though, especially CPUs, now there are zillions of model numbers that you can't compare without looking into detailed specs and benchmarks
