Recursing is also looping btw. ("In computer programming, a loop is a sequence of instruction s that is continually repeated until a certain condition is reached.")

was trying to figure out number prefixes for octal, decimal, and hex of the form '0'+prefix+number to condense some code in Python 3, while octal and hex both had 'o' and 'x' prefixes, there is none for decimal. So I improvised and used '+' :D
