The code in general seems to roughly correspond to []["filter"]["20"]+[1]+[]["filter"]["20"]
which of course does absolutely nothing useful
>> []["filter"]["20"]+[1]+[]["filter"]["20"]
< "undefined1undefined"

Oh I see.

I've voted to delete

Has OP seen the comment(s)?

I don't know, but this doesn't seem like the kind of user who cares about what they post

That is true. However, I remember Dennis telling me that posts shouldn't be deleted very quickly after comments/downvotes are made, because 2 other people and I deleted a bad question once which Dennis had to un-nuke so OP could find it and see the comments (in case the user doesn't know how to navigate SE).

11:05 PM
ah, hmm

well...
I imagine the user knows that the program fails?
or something?

I don't know if the user even knows that :P
I don't know if they even meant to post that, though they probably did

I was making a game, but it had insane first player advantage. can anyone here help me?

It seems unlikely that a user would accidentally create a profile, hit the "Answer" button, paste/type that in, and then hit the "Post" button.

Right

11:08 PM
@HyperNeutrino only the post part would have to be an accident

^ that's about what I was going to say though

True.

@Wheatwizard why are you a goblin/orc?

Hm. I flagged as VLQ to try to kick into the LQ Review Queue but it isn't showing up.

@DestructibleLemon I'm an olm man

11:10 PM
It's deleted

goblins are g

@WheatWizard nope

11:12 PM
But in Nethack its a grey o

nuh uh
it depends on terminal colour

Ok I think we are done here.

From nethack.org:
> Why don't you add Glamdring/Mournblade/etc.? After all, you have Orcrist/Stormbringer/etc., so you must have just overlooked the others!
Yes, but the new names would be just like the old ones, and wouldn't add anything new to the game. We try to make new things add new choices instead of adding absolutely everything we can find. (Believe it or not. :-)

11:15 PM
Grr, there is an unmatched bracket at the end (assuming it's meant to be a smiley)

<insert mandatory xkcd reference here (hint: it's 541)>

Q: What is ":-" used for?

ODP Possible Duplicate: Henry Adam’s use of punctuation, “:—” I've seen a couple of times, ":-" occurring where I could expect just a colon to occur, perhaps preceding a list. When is it correct to use ":-"? What is it called? Am I simply wrong and think I remember seeing this, when in...

Maybe you guys should go to the nethack room @DestructibleLemon @HyperNeutrino
@WheatWizard

@ETHproductions I don't even want to open that because then I will need to find a close-bracket somewhere >.<

11:16 PM
I think it was meant to be a face

@Mendeleev lol I don't even know what nethack really is

2 mins ago, by Wheat Wizard
Ok I think we are done here.

@HyperNeutrino It's a game
@WheatWizard Ddn't see that

Oh wait it's a different one than the one I thought.

@HyperNeutrino <insert other xkcd reference here (hint: it's 859)>

11:17 PM
@Mendeleev I know that much :P
Hey it's the one that breaks poorly-written xkcd parsing programs

well whaddya know

Answer: Use [square brackets :)]

I love how it takes so much effort to actually make an xkcd browser that fails on 859 :P

Or (use the flipped version (: )
@ETHproductions I know right :P

@HyperNeutrino still looks mismatched

11:19 PM
^

@HyperNeutrino [nerp :]]

xkcd is cool

easy fix

11:19 PM
or C:

Closes its own parentheses!

@totallyhuman ooh

We should use ಠ⌣ಠ more though

11:23 PM
ಠ_ಠ
ಠ‿ಠ is better

"you're a disappointment, but I'm happy for you"

@ETHproductions Neither am I. :P

Challenge Idea: convert to JSF but try optimize output to be as short as possible
not sure how scoring would work though

The question is: convert what to JSFuck.

js probably

shit mean convert JS to JSF

Well once you get a sufficient number of (large) test cases, you can make it a simple metagolf.
Maybe add the size of the converter to discourage hard-coding.
