Re-flow a paragraph

Sometimes it is very useful to reformat a paragraph so that it wraps at a given width. Your challenge is to write a program that does this in the fewest bytes possible.
How re-flow works
Basically you split a string at all whitespace chars (space, tab, newline), ...
@EasterlyIrk Yes, but typically "down for maintenance" excludes chat. Chat has near-100% uptime. (It's used internally by devs and CMs for their devvy and CMy stuff or whatever.)

Case in point: I started keeping track of how many TED Talks I watched several months ago. I hit 50 today and probably have an additional 100-150 bookmarked. :P
