No. I want to learn better use of functional programming. While I could do that in other languages, I'd rather one that forced me into that mindest. With python it would be too easy to cheat and do it the imperative way.

I don't see the need to learn yet another imperative language right now. I've been doing c/c++, various versions of basic, and java for most of my life.

(along with other random crap like js, php...)
