I agree as well. Feel free to copy as much or as little as you like from our current and earlier competitions.
In our September 2018 there were questions about whether it was allowed to post photos not taken for that particular competition. Either is good but it helps if you can make it clear whether older photos are acceptable or only new ones.
And post a sharp start line, which can be 'from now' or 'from (date-hour)' or something like that.
