@ChrisK I would have suggested you to look at ClearSystemCache, but for some reason, that doesn't seem to apply here...

Anyone else lost access to their files in the Wolfram Cloud? I had seen a message about this but completely forgot about it and didn't copy them locally. So, now, unless I upgrade they are lost to me. Bummer.

@SjoerdC.deVries Hmm, what combination of conditions is this? "Personal License Service Plus" would seem okay and nothing happening on the cloud side (which I frankly haven't used for ages, I mostly used on pre-pandemic times from work for small personal things)...

@SjoerdC.deVries I got (and saw a question about) that message too. Maybe some files are gone, not sure which though. In any case, I suppose I can just re-upload ones I need there from local copies.
Unfortunately there's no economical path for me to upgrade, because I get Mathematica from a university site license, but +Cloud = like $500/yr.
And all I use it for is hosting docs for my package, while waiting for the paclet repository to finally appear.

@kirma I have a premier license, but apparently the cloudis not included anymore.

@SjoerdC.deVries I did see a message about file deletion when I launched Mathematica and it connected to my cloud account. I have Premier Service Plus so there should be no 60 day expiration. I contacted support and they reported that my cloud account was misconfigured. It was on the free Basic plan. Perhaps your cloud account has the same issue? Contact support and ask them.

@ChrisK this
1000x this. It was supposed to be appearing like 5 years ago but I feel like Stephen doesn't care about it
