and tagging doesn't work

@Alucard The edit time limit is quite short, yes - but I've never experienced issues with tagging. What exactly does not work for you when tagging someone?

@everyone familiar with UI construction: For me, the scroll position of a notebook sometimes jumps around seemingly at random when e.g. toggling the content of a large SelectorPane, making it very hard to keep track of where you were. Is anyone familiar with this and has a workaround? Here's a gif of what I mean:

@Alucard I believe the author is always notified on comments on their questions, and so tagging them is unnecessary - I think the lack of autocomplete and suggestions is to make that more obvious.
