Hi everybody,
I have a challenging task, with which you maybe can help?!

My data has several decimal numbers
data = Table[Random[Real, {-1.5/10^2, 5/10^2}], {20}]
data2 = Transpose[{Range[20], data}];

I would love to show them scientifically as 2.0 *10^-2.
I already figured out how to label my Y axis with Y x 10^-2.
Second problem is that I want to manually add ticks. The original tick at -0.02 shall be written as -2.0, cause I already labeled the Y axis with Y x 10^-2.
I am stuck -.-'

PlotTest = ListPlot[data2,

@Jacccy Take a look at this answer for the scientific notation part: mathematica.stackexchange.com/a/60373/3056
Regarding rewriting ticks from -0.02 to -2.0 ... I'd probably just rescale the data (multiply it by 100?)

@VitaliyKaurov This finally gives a good way to embed stuff like Graphics3D into pure HTML without having to write an exporter myself. I've been waiting on this for a while.

@b3m2a1 Yeah, really great to see!

@CarlLange I think the ultimate endgame will be rendering of simple box expressions without having to put them in a cloud notebook first, though. That'll make it possible to truly create useful documents. I don't like cloud notebooks. Too much overhead, too slow, too clunky. I'd rather just stick some boxes in my Markdown or HTML and have it render directly.
