It's quite annoying that RegionPlot[MandelbrotSetMemberQ[x + I y], {x, -2, .6}, {y, -1.3, 1.3}] doesn't work, and I have to use trickery.

f[x_?NumericQ, y_?NumericQ] := x < y
RegionPlot[f[x, y], {x, 0, 10}, {y, 0, 10}]

Why don't you use `MandelbrotSetPlot` with a custom color function, e.g `MandelbrotSetPlot[{-2 - 1.3 I, 0.6 + 1.3 I},
ColorFunction -> (If[#3 == 1, ColorData[97][1], White] &)]`
There is a line from the main bulbs to the minor bulb near -1.75, but it didn't rasterize. :P
