Please, can anyone explain in words how I should understand the following:

It is the result of an integral. If the condition (iconized in the photo) is met, then the value of the integral is equal to the top left expression, given that the inequality to the right of it is met as well? And the same for the second row?

@tush It's a visual formatting of ConditionalExpression. The (iconized) condition is checked first, if it's False the result is Undefined, if it's True the Piecewise expression is handled in order from top to bottom evaluating to the first value where the first (non-iconized!) condition is True.
