I'm seeing much slower Log[] performance (MMA 12.1.1) for negative numbers on Windows vs. Mac despite a faster processor on the Windows machine - can anyone else with access to both platforms confirm? e.g.

arr1 = RandomReal[{0, 1}, 10^6];
arr2 = RandomReal[{-1, 1}, 10^6];
{RepeatedTiming[Log[arr1];], RepeatedTiming[Log[arr2];]}

*Out:
2017 Kaby Lake Windows 10: {{0.002, Null}, {1.22, Null}}
2015 Broadwell MacBook Pro: {{0.0014, Null}, {0.845, Null}}

I had a run at this year's American Mathematics Competition for high school students with Mathematica. Definitely would have boosted my score a lot. Three I couldn't figure out how to do with it. A few needed more guidance than others, but it did pretty well overall.
