Does anyone know if the wstpserver argument for wolframscript is gone for good? At some point it was there but it seems to be missing from the current version.

Does anyone know what the programmatic way is to get 'select function name' + F1 such that this opens in documentation?

8:47 AM
Never mind, I solved this using Hyperlink.

I have a 2D data set that I need plot. But I don't know why I'm getting the error that Blend is not a Graphics primitive or directive. even though in graphics I'm not using any Blend function. My graphics command

5:10 PM
Graphics[{Point[{#1, #2}]} & @@@ dataToPlot, Frame -> True,
 LabelStyle -> Directive[Large, Plain, 18],
 FrameTicks -> {{{\[Pi], "1"},
    0, {2 \[Pi], "2"}, {3 \[Pi], "3"}, {4 \[Pi], "4"}}, {{-\[Pi],
     "-\[Pi]"}, 0, {\[Pi], "\[Pi]"}}, False, False},
 FrameLabel -> {Style["\!\(\*SubscriptBox[\(w\), \(2\)]\)", 18, Plain,
     Black], Style["Quasienergy", 18, Plain, Black]},
 ImageSize -> Large, PlotRangeClipping -> True,
 PlotRange -> {{\[Phi]i, \[Phi]f}, {-4, 4}}, AspectRatio -> 1,
 GridLines -> {{}, {}}]

@L.K. I don't know what you are using for dataToPlot and the phis, but putting in {{1,2},{3,4},{5,6}} for the data and -2,2 for the PlotRange part given by the phis it works ok
I have a question. Do people know how to stop Normal[] on a SeriesData object from changing the order of the terms?

f1[a_, b_, c_, d_, m_, n_, p_] := -((m + d (a + b - m - n) + n) /(
c d + p - d p));

Block[{t =
Table[f1[a, b, c, d, m, n,
p], {a, {-1, 0, 1}}, {b, {-1, 0, 1}}, {c, {-1, 0, 1}}, {m, {-1,
0, 1}}, {n, {-1, 0, 1}}, {p, {-1, 0, 1}}]}, Plot[t, {d, 0, 1}]]
Hi, does anyone how can I plot this?
I got many errors saying Infinite expression 1/0.
I want to plot each one on a separate graph.

7:28 PM
@anhnha this will work but I don't quite see how you mentally plan to deal with your 6D data
Table[
 Quiet@Plot[f1[a, b, c, d, m, n, p],
  {d, 0, 1},
  PlotLabel -> StringForm["a=`` b=`` c=`` m=`` n=`` p=``", a, b, c, m, n, p]
  ],
 {a, {-1, 0, 1}},
 {b, {-1, 0, 1}},
 {c, {-1, 0, 1}},
 {m, {-1, 0, 1}},
 {n, {-1, 0, 1}},
 {p, {-1, 0, 1}}
 ]

@b3m2a1 thanks
it doesn't work for me.
I just want to plot 2D instead.

???????? those are all 2D plots

each element of the list in a graph
separately from top to bottom

Just Flatten it then
Maybe this is what you were going for?
Table[
    Quiet@Plot[
      f1[a, b, c, d, m, n, p],
      {d, 0, 1},
      PlotLabel -> StringForm["a=`` b=`` c=`` m=`` n=`` p=``", a, b, c, m, n, p],
      ImageSize -> 250
      ],
    {a, {-1, 0, 1}},
    {b, {-1, 0, 1}},
    {c, {-1}},
    {m, {-1}},
    {n, {-1}},
    {p, {-1}}
    ] // Flatten // Partition[#, 3] & // Grid
You can take slices through your data if you need it?

Thanks. What do you mean by slice?

7:34 PM
Like you have 6 variables, so you have a 6D system, but by fixing, say 4 variables at a time you can take a 2D "slice" of your 6D data

Actually the first sample one you made look good now.
But how can I add more label with expression too?
the label above is for abcmnp but I want to add more

Then change the PlotLabel expression I gave or add a PlotLegends argument

PlotLabel -> {StringForm["a=`` b=`` c=`` m=`` n=`` p=``", a, b, c, m,
n, p]], Expression}
I made this but got error.
This instead
PlotLabel -> {StringForm["a=`` b=`` c=`` m=`` n=`` p=``", a, b, c, m,
n, p], Expression}
But it showed the string instead of the expression.
Table[Quiet@
Plot[f1[a, b, c, d, m, n, p], {d, 0, 1},
PlotLabel -> {StringForm["a=`` b=`` c=`` m=`` n=`` p=``", a, b,
c, m, n, p], M = FullSimplify[f1[a, b, c, d, m, n, p]]},
ImageSize -> 500], {a, {-1, 0, 1}}, {b, {-1, 0, 1}}, {c, {-1, 0,
1}}, {m, {-1, 0, 1}}, {n, {-1, 0, 1}}, {p, {-1, 0, 1}}] //
Flatten // Partition[#, 3] & // Grid
it works now!
Would it be possible to put the expression on the second like instead?

3 hours later…
11:00 PM
How can I save notebook as pdf which look like the working eviroment?
All graphs are cropped now
I tried this but didn't work

Q: How to export graphics in "Working" style environment rather than "Printout"?

Alexey PopkovI have learned recently that Export in Mathematica uses by default the "Printout" screen style environment rather than "Working" when exporting to PDF. It sometimes results in FontSize fluctuations in the resulting PDF which are very annoying. Try for example: Show[First@ImportString[ExportStri...
