This question is far too broad in scope. This site is for specific questions related to programming (code) or use of a programmers tool. How can I write an entire app? is in no way specific. You should review the help center pages to better understand what is appropriate to ask here. — Ken White 29 secs ago

Q: Now that 3 close votes has been proven and implemented on Stack Overflow, can we have the same on Software Engineering, please?

Robert HarveyI won't belabor the research by repeating it here. It's been described in exhaustive detail at this post. The executive summary: Closing, editing and reopening all become more effective. Can we do the same here?

What should I do about a question I asked, that doesn't have an accepted answer, now that I have a different way to ask the question? I asked softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/q/425844/161992 a week ago, and there's a good answer, but doesn't quite get to the core of my question. But now I have a deeper understanding, and want to ask a different question: Where does a Process Manager live in a Bounded Context?
I believe that this question gets straight to the heart of what the original question was intended to be. Do I accept the existing answer on the existing question, even though it doesn't quite answer what I'm looking for? Or post a new question, and link it to the original? or something else?
