Unfortunately this is way too broad for Stack Overflow, which is meant for help debugging specific issues. You can maybe try the software engineering stack exchange, or even forums like ShakaCode or even the Reactjs subreddit. Best is to do as much research about the various options/required infrastructure for your specific needs etc. then head to one of those places and be as specific as possible.
