I'm looking for something like a forum so that I and my team can post problems we're facing, meaning a thread for each problem for it to be discussed/elaborated and eventually solved. And it must have a good search engine, something smart.

Can you recommend such a forum soft or maybe there's another kind of solution?

Any enterprise productivity/communication service will claim that they are the solution. E.g. StackOverflow peddles their Teams product, but of course that is unsuitable for discussions. If you already have GSuite, Google Groups might work – but their web interface is sluggish and ugly.
Search functionality is uniformly bad, especially when searching for code.
Discourse can be used like a classic forum or a mailing list: there are topics, discussion is linear, topics can be marked as solved. But it's put together really well. Drawback: you'll likely have to self-host the software.
