"Often questions are closed by some upstanding member of the community who read it for half a second, read some other question that seemed vaguely similar for another half-second, and decided to close it without doing due diligence."
@amWhy I just think it's an outspoken user, but what is also true is that the views aired are very biased at the starting. The last paragraph is decent as is the second last IMO, but the rest are pretty bad.
I think the user doesn't regard the SE rules with any respect because they are set up for gamification. While that's a point, it's certainly not an excuse to then ask everybody to not play by it.
I think this question should be closed: The goal is to prove that |š¯‘§+6+8š¯‘–|ā‰¤13, but OP tries to prove |š¯‘§+16+8š¯‘–|ā‰¤13 instead. What would be a suitable closing reason?
