@an4s I agree. I have migrated it.

@ParamanandSingh Yikes.

@XanderHenderson: I tried to motivate the user via comments (also gave link to mathjax turotials for new user). Let's hope they edit their question.

@Peter Oh, jeez. That's bad enough that I'm willing to step in.
I mean, the first comment completely addresses what is wrong with the answer, yet the answer stands by an obviously wrong answer.
Ugh.

@XanderHenderson It's weird how it remained for seven years on this site!!!
To @Peter's credit, he's done an excellent job of bringing both highly downvoted answers and questions to our attention here. Thanks for casting the third vote, @Xander.
@Xander When an answer, alone, is specifically deleted (and not due to the questions deletion), Does the answerer lose all net points gained?
@Xander Probably insignificant. He netted 26 from one upvote and an accept, but lost 12 x 2 = 24 points from downvotes. At most he gained +2 rep.

@amWhy My understanding is that XP is lost only if it is not too old, eg less than 60 days, I think.

@XanderHenderson I know that's true when one answered a question later deleted. I don't know what happens when an answer, not the question, is the sole target of deletion.

@amWhy i think i do understand -what- the original picture was asking here. but it's definitely a bad example of a PSQ
(i mean, most examples are bad. but image PSQs are particularly egregious)

Why, on a weekend, relaxing from teaching, until tomorrow, when I need to finish grading and prepare/tune up my lecture notes for the week tomorrow, why today do I subject myself to non-diamond moderating and reviewing, and such! ;D Just a rhetorical question.

9:25 PM
This questions is very vague

@an4s you could look at it as a Fermi problem, i guess, but i don't like Fermi problems that much

@Semiclassical Perhaps. But I think it is missing context

@an4s Indeed it is. It's a classic PSQ.

oh, certainly.
