You should note that the question, which is a contextless problem statement question, currently has only one answer, which was written by you. You are not a disinterested third party in this case. — Xander Henderson yesterday
That question was also brought up here.

@XanderHenderson That question still needs 2 more close-votes for being unclear as per Xander's comment:
There is a dot in the third row which does not seem to fit the grid. Is this intentional? If not, can you please upload an image which doesn't give the impression of irregularity? Can you also please provide a source for this problem, as well as any other relevant details about the context in which this problem was presented? I could see this as a contest problem (for which one type of answer might be expected), or as a problem in a combinatorics course (for which another type of answer might be appropriate). — Xander Henderson Jun 28 at 14:16
@amWhy Lol that was really funny and yet really true. All the better to quote here for posterity:
> Never Argue With a Fool, Onlookers May Not Be Able To Tell the Difference...

One 1937 version is quite funny too:
> Never argue with a fool. But if you must, the safest way is to carry on the debate with yourself.

No... actually, the duplication should probably go the other way.
Not that either question is of much use.

@user21820 That took me a minute.
I need VOWELS, man!

@XanderHenderson I dn't nd vwls hhhh...

@user21820 Too bad you left the "e" in "the", then, eh? :P

@XanderHenderson That original setup wasn't intended to be dropping vowels, but rather having 3 letters per word.
Anyway, it needs delete-votes.
Makes no sense to leave it around for future students to be utterly confused with the accepted answer.
Well, it has since been edited but fails to actually explain anything, and we already know where it's coming from. I still think it ought to be deleted.

@user21820 I can't cast delete votes on answers, but I did flag it as "not an answer".

@XanderHenderson Oh. I keep forgetting. When are you going to be able to? Lol.

@user21820 400ish more XP. But I haven't found much worth answering recently, and the flood of 'rona related PSQs has eaten up a lot of time.

@XanderHenderson Go for the bounty questions in your field. =D
(I'm just kidding. Not pushing you to do anything.)

@user21820 The underlying question there really seems to be "If two dice are indistinguishable, does that really mean that they are indistinguishable?!"
None of the answers really addresses that issue. So I answered it. :\

@XanderHenderson Frankly, your answer does not hit the nail on the head either. You need to emphasize in bold capitals that in the table the probability of each outcome is the same, which is the only reason why we can just count them and divide by total number of possible outcomes. Otherwise we can do nothing.
Obviously, you already know this, but it seems to me that 99% of all the questions and answers on this issue don't get it.

@user21820 Oi, of course. Sorry, that is a mistake which students make all the time, and which I try very hard to dispel, yet failed here.
Give me a minute.
@user21820 Does that come a little closer to an ideal answer? math.stackexchange.com/a/3745139/468350
