I feel like there was an abstract duplicate target posted a while back which dealt with every possible permutation of transitive, reflexive, and symmetric, but I cannot find it. :\

This post is yet another bogus 'answer' from this user. "Since the problem is apparently hard, we suspect there is only one solution." is clear evidence, and is in fact false! Yet there are 3 upvoters! @RRL @XanderHenderson @JoséCarlosSantos @JyrkiLahtonen @skullpatrol

Okay, I think that it is tagged appropriately now.
I'll note that the accepted answer to that question begins "I suppose (you don't specify, so I must guess) that you're talking about a standard construction of the set of reals $\Bbb R$ from $\Bbb Q$ using Cauchy sequences.". Why not obtain clarification before answering?!
