Q: Prove this number is not a prime

WizardProve that for all positive integers $n$, the number $$3^{3^{n}} + 1$$ is not a prime. Can anyone help me solve this?

@MartinSleziak It seems that me and the OP were the only ones to lose reputation from that deletion :-) The other answers were at least at +3 and visible for at least 60 days.

Q: How to calculate $\lim\limits_{n \to \infty} (2n)^y(x)^n$ with $x$ $\in$ $(0,1)$ and $y$ $\in$ $ (1,\infty)$?

Ruchit Vithani$$\lim\limits_{n \to \infty} (2n)^y(x)^n$$ Where $x$ $\in$ $(0,1)$ and $y$ $\in$ $ (1,\infty)$

Keep your eyes out for posts from this user, mtheorylord.
With respect to my last comment, @Did, @SimplyBeautifulArt, @Jack, this is a recent example: math.stackexchange.com/q/2408370/9003. Note, three recent posts from this user have recently been deleted, including one with (-14) net votes. I have flagged a post from this user, noting the rep "earned" vs quality of questions...

@Jack Just tried to! I got a message I'm out of (regular) votes, and used up all of my day's worth of close votes.
@Jack...I voted to delete the question you've pinned (6 hours ago as of this comment). Needs only one more.

I've downvoted and voted to close this question because it looks very much like a homework question and is a PSQ. In the future, please include more context such as what's holding you back.

That took a few tries lol

I've pinned the HNPSQ, @SimplyBeautifulArt, and as soon I gain my new daily allotment of votes and close votes, I'll attend to it.

@SimplyBeautifulArt Well, if this question once and for all were deleted, I'd get back one vote!

@amWhy wait, question? Or answer?
If its the answer, that's a tough call...

@SimplyBeautifulArt Answer...but I'd invite users to act to downvote, close the question :|
@SimplyBeautifulArt No problem. Just doing triage on my earlier votes and balancing whether to undo those and allocate to much more urgent matters! (in terms of now and the next three hours!)

Q: Point Slope Form to solve for given x

Eli S.The question is: "As a certain engine's rotation speed increases, its temperature increases at a constant rate." So we are given the points 15 for Rotation and 27 for Temperature. Knowing the Slope is 0.8. We want to figure out at what temperature rotations are zero/resting. We use Point Slope...

@SimplyBeautifulArt, @Did, @Jack Needing one more close vote here but you may have very well already voted to close.

@SimplyBeautifulArt Oh my! I've pinned it to return to do a bit of justice to the matter!

@MartinSleziak See right above revisions. Perhaps we should make a comment template for self-destructive edits.
@amWhy OH MY THEY TRYING AGAIN
O.O
Well, there comes a mod, so I guess it'll get sorted out
Huh, can you get banned from editing your own posts? lol

@SimplyBeautifulArt Good question. You beat me to a comment on it. There is a reason some users want to "erase" (or so they think) a question is in order to cover there tracks/footprints... fetch an answer. Once I got it, vanish/leave no footprints ...
@SimplyBeautifulArt I guess so.... two days suspension. The fact that they did so three times in a row, the first two times being informed each time that it's a violation. Then tries a third time? Intervention.
@SimplyBeautifulArt I think I should make a feature request... at some yet to be determined rep threshold. MSE should make available loans to such users: of regular votes, close votes (occasionally delete votes).... and any unused votes from any day should be credited to one's "vote account".

@SimplyBeautifulArt, @Did, @Jack ALERT: Please see this newest rampage by Michael Hardy on meta, math.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/26890/…

In the present state of m.s.e., the principal concern of this chat room should be the fact that making decisions on closing and reopening questions on m.s.e. is at present generally done very very badly, often by excessive haste and inattentiveness in closing. I invite attention to the following example: math.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/26890/…
Note that in a comment under the question I addressed the following to another person who commented: You are inattenive if you think this posting has only a problem statement. Read it CAREFULLY.
@amWhy : This "rampage" is politely and carefully phrased throughout.
@amWhy : I was quite sincere in saying you are an intelligent person, and likewise when I said your demonstrated degree of ability to judge which questions should be closed is virtually nil. If a professor gives you a grade of "F", that doesn't mean the instructor does not respect your intelligence or does not respect you as a person. And similarly here.

@MichaelHardy Where have you been? The thing is, you tend to fight only for the posts you've answered. Take that for what it's worth. Good night!

@amWhy : I only answer posts I consider worth defending, and there are too many for me to defend every worthy case.

@MichaelHardy I'm not your student. You are not my supervisor. We are colleagues. Good night!

I wish I could have, would have, responded with the same class as @Did's comment on the meta post.!

@amWhy : Nonetheless there is a parallel: I am a person who said you were wrong about something.

@SimplyBeautifulArt I usually just rollback and write a comment: "Please do not vandalize your post!" But probably it might be useful to have a template. (And maybe also a longer alternative with some additional explanation - if there is something worth adding...?)

11:26 PM
@SimplyBeautifulArt Personally, the question would IMO be ok if the OP included their attempt into the question rather than in a comment.

11:41 PM
@MichaelHardy One thing I find strange about the question 2410316 Calculating Population density from square miles to acres (revisions/timeline) is that you took time to write a meta post but did not vote to reopen. (The question does not have any reopen votes at the moment.)
A reopen vote would also put question in the review queue, where other users could add their vote to reopen if they agree with your assessment of the post.
I will point out, in connection with your message about "principal concern of this chat room" that this room can be used also to post reopen requests.
(You can find some past examples by searching for [re open](https://chat.stackexchange.com/search?q=re+open&room=2165) or [reopen](https://chat.stackexchange.com/search?q=reopen&room=2165). And the fact that closures are listed also here (apart from the usual places) makes it easier to notice them and to start discussion about a specific closure, if needed.
Hmm, sorry for the broken formatting. I've included there a newline, which breaks formatting fo the links. Too late to edit/delete :-(
