To me the idea of a question asking about best strategies how to use MSE to enhance the learning process seems interesting enough.

But it is not what the above question asks. (To me it seems rather unclear.)

Speaking of starboard: Is it better to pin unsolved request or is it sufficient to star them?

@MartinSleziak Star vs pin should not matter in practice; I use whatever is easier. It seems easier to pin own messages than to star them. With messages by others, it's the other way around.

@MartinSleziak @anorton The bot Smoke Detector, which scans the network for bad posts, is also able to work in an individual site's chatroom, pointing out the posts on that site only. I'd like to try it out in this room, unless you have objections.
