Q: A function asymptotical equivalent with the prime counting function?

LehsLet $p_n$ be the $n$-th prime number and $Q_a(N)$ be the number of primes of the form $p_n^2+a$ where $1\leq n\leq N$ and $a$ is positive and even. For some $a$ like $26,56$ there seems to no solutions to $p_n^2+a\in\mathbb N$, for some $a$ like $2,8$ there seems to be a unique solution and for s...

@XanderHenderson Since it's a pure PSQ, I think you could/should have just closed it. But anyway, you can be the last close-voter now.

@user21820 It was closed and reopened.
I don't like to unilaterally close questions which have been through a close/reopen cycle.

@XanderHenderson Well, I disagree when it is a clear-cut case and you were not previously involved in closing.
I just think we're making it very inefficient if moderators refrain from using precisely the moderation powers they were given at least once.
To put it another way, I think it's completely fine as long as you don't keep using your power repeatedly on the same post; it just makes your vote count as 5 votes, but you self-impose the same cannot-vote-twice restriction.

If a post has already gone through a reopen cycle, it is more likely that a unilateral closing is going to be controversial. It is better to be able to say "Hey, the question was bad and 10 people agree that this is the case."

@XanderHenderson I see, that has its advantages, yes.

@XanderHenderson At least my 2 flags let two comments disappear. Even with this, there are already 2 reopen-votes. I guess, without my flags, the post would be again reopened. Maybe, a moderator should lock the question.
