Clearly not-an-answer but my flag was disputed.
@XanderHenderson Yea turns out it was self-vandalized. So many users on Math SE trying to cover up where they got their solutions to their problems from... But that's orthogonal to the fact that their original question is acceptable for Math SE.

@user21820 Compare FAQ on Flagging. The NAA flag is mainly for comments or questions posted as answers. Here the question was “Can anyone spot a solution to this puzzle?” so that “Using a computer I find some solutions” is an attempt to answer the question. It may be “not useful” and you can vote on it accordingly.

@MartinR No, if you read the post you will see that it was not even an attempt to use the computer to solve the puzzle stated in the question!
Furthermore, the question asks for an analytic solution.
The poster of this NAA admits in a comment that it is NAA...

Q: Evaluate this Riemann integral

CaptainI need help to evaluate the Riemann integral $\int^1_0 x^n\sqrt{1+4x^2}\,\mathrm dx$.

This PSQ has strangely gotten 4 up votes.

@user21820 In my experience the bar for “NAA” is very high (or very low, so to say). – Some time ago I flagged this answer as NAA, which was disputed as well (it got 3 “looks OK” votes). In my opinion that is a just name dropping and a bunch of vague ideas, but it got 4 upvotes ...

@MartinR Actually, it's neither low nor high. It is that reviewers often do not bother to read the question and answer carefully to judge the flag. And plenty of blame goes to the SE system designers, who made it so inconvenient to do it right. I agree with your assessment of that linked answer, so I have flagged and downvoted.

@user21820 My main gripe is that "This answer is objectively wrong," is not considered a good reason for deletion. I would argue that wrong answers are low-quality answers, but I've been told that this isn't correct. :\

4:16 PM
@XanderHenderson Why not? When the post is irredeemable, either because it is based on nonsense or because the mistakes cannot be patched, and there is nothing to be learnt from it (or the posted refuses to admit the errors), it is certainly an excellent reason for deletion.
In any case, the two posts we were talking about just now are not wrong answers but not-answers.

Q: Hard inequality with fractions

AdeleLet the real numbers $a,b,c \in \mathbb(0, \infty\ )$, $a\leq b\leq c$. Prove that $$\frac{3a^2-2ab+3b^2}{(a+b)^2}+\frac{3b^2-2bc+3c^2}{(b+c)^2}+ \frac{3c^2-2ac+3a^2}{(c+a)^2} \leq\frac{9}{4}(\frac{a}{c}+\frac{c}{a}) -\frac{3}{2}$$. I tried to prove that $$\frac{3a^2-2ab+3b^2}{(a+b)^2}\leq\frac{3...

Any question with "hard", "weird", "tricky", etc in the title is (1) bait for the HNQ and (2) likely not of very good quality. :\

@XanderHenderson "(1) bait for the HNQ" is this bad/negative?
@MattSamuel idk, perhaps would be better to ask on meta. I read his question (1st version) and saw no problem at all regarding 'potentially bad keyword in body'

@MattSamuel You can find that in the link provided by SmokeDetector: metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/241228
> Blacklisted user - blacklisted for //math.stackexchange.com/questions/3669492 (metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/241148) by the metasmoke API
Anyway, it should probably worth stressing that blacklist relates to SmokeDetector. (So he is not in any way blacklsited on Stack Exchange. It is simply means that posts by that particular user will be reported by SD.)
And in this particular case, it seems that the user has been removed from the blacklist.

@MartinSleziak User is not blacklisted (437699 on math.stackexchange.com).
