It seems like it could be edited into a good question, and the OP is responsive to comments

I suppose I'd be OK with closing it as a duplicate, but it does seem like a question that should be on the site

@Strants The whole point of closing a question is to give the asker time to improve it before answerers jump the gun and provide answers which have the potential to be made irrelevant following edits. I am of the opinion that we should be quick to close, but also quick to reopen when improvements are made.
