This question should be closed as a duplicate, but I have not yet determined what the correct target is.
By the way, there are a bunch of question on this topic, so perhaps we ought to find a canonical target?
In the spirit of this list?
I nominate this question as the canonical "What is the cardinality of $\mathbb{Q}$?" question.
Posts that should be closed as duplicates of the above: 1, 2, 3, 4
There are likely others, too

@XanderHenderson In general, if a question is of low quality, it is better to close it via other reasons. Questions closed as duplicates are not auto-deleted by the system.

Another bare PSQ

Odd case: Step 1. OP posts question with no personal input. Step 2. User demands more context ("Please give more context. Providing context not only assures that this is not simply copied from a homework assignment, but also allows answers to be better directed at where the problem lies and to be within the proper scope."). Step 3. Context is not provided. Step 4. User provides answer.

@Did Disgusting. I couldn't resist a couple of comments there to the said answerer, with no illusions it will change anything of their entrenched habitual behavior.

@Did @amWhy @ZacharySelk: PSQs to be deleted: 1, 2, 3.

@user21820 (1), (3) now gone. I already cast one of the original delete votes on (2). Only one more needed.
@user21820 Oops, (2) now has three delete votes, must need an extra?

@Did @amWhy @ZacharySelk @XanderHenderson: This PSQ from a not new user was particularly crafted to get attention, and indeed is on the HNQ now. And incredibly it didn't get any close-votes before mine.

@user21820 It's off the HNQ now. Collecting closevotes.... Seems the asker in question introduced their "8th grade" claim recently, and got results. I've removed it from the other three I saw it in. Interestingly, it was never mentioned in the first half of their posts.

@XanderHenderson Oops, I think it's MV who's been flagged.

6:43 PM
Well, the thread is gone now.
Though if the moderators had deleted it yesterday when I flagged the first comment, it likely never would have become a problem in the first place.
I am also curious about the random downvote of one of my older answers, of which I am rather proud, and (with slight paranoia) wonder if it is related...

7:21 PM
@XanderHenderson Unfortunately, that doesn't surprise me, and likely is related. I have to deal with the same, four to five times each week, from those who disagree with me and feel the need to retaliate.

It seems that this answer is acceptable... it seems like little more than a comment, to me, but whatevs
(I flagged it as "not an answer", but it would appear that others disagree)

@XanderHenderson did your flag come back "disputed"? Don't worry about it; disputed flags are going to happen, and mean very little except that it happened to be the case that, at the time of your flag there were a handful of users holding the mantra: "everything no matter how wrong or poor in quality is precious and should be kept"

It came back "declined"

@XanderHenderson Likely by Jack or robjohn, just my guess. Declined flags are nothing to worry about, either, unless you get, say 12 consecutive declined flags! If it's any consolation, the answer has earned one delete vote, along with a downvote.

I'm not worried about it, I just find it interesting.
I find it hard to get excited about virtual internet XPs
but I do find the anthropological or sociological phenomena on display to be quite interesting

7:35 PM
@XanderHenderson I didn't mean to suggest that you were. Besides, the answer came five or more hours after the posting of related comments re: geometric interpretations of the determinant.
@XanderHenderson hahaha, I can relate: partly why one of my three majors as an undergrad was psychology!
Darn it, I'm out of close votes for the next 4.5 hours!

It's a bare PSQ, non responsive to suggested reading as to "How to ask a good question".
