There were a few exceptions, and there might be the odd good project. However, these are rare.

I know done things that are not really products. Like computer games that were funded there and turned out good.

Its a shame they couldn't have lowered the azimuth (the newer dangly upgrade) before the fall. That could have been resalvaged.
