Recommended frame-work for multi-platform gamified utility app development?

What kind of framework should I use to make a gamified utility app?

I need something with multi-platform support.

My goal is to create lightweight utility app that would function similar to habitica.com

It has to be able to handle large amount of users being online at same time.

Has to be light, fast and support Android, iOS, web.

Is there some framework that would work best for this?

I was recommended flutter and was told Unity will be too "heavy" for utiliy app.

The world of music is taking notice: Rolling Stone described him as “transcending the present” when he performed at the same festival as Grimes.  …
