Facebook and YouTube both show pages with grey horizontal bars, grey solid circle image for profile pictures -- I think the purpose is so that users have something to look forward to and won't feel the page loading slowly?

Is it by some kind of packages or modules that is part of Node.js or some other library that any developer can use for this type of presentation on the front end?
