Your question is off-topic for Stack Overflow because it is just an assignment without showing any research of implementation effort. Triggers are a TSQL program that runs every time another event happens. Not off-topic. dba.stackexchange.com might be a better place to ask, as there are lots of TSQL programmers there, though. — David Browne - Microsoft 23 secs ago
