Newbie question:
Let's assume we have an array of ints and then a function that returns on of those int randomly;
Let's assume we have a file with the ints and we have a function that opens the file parses the ints and returns on of those int randomly;
Besides the update of the array being easier trough the separated file, since we can just replace the file with more ints an no need to compile and distribute the software again. Is it resource wise, cheaper to have the array inside the compiled software, since we have to parse the file to get the ints?
