Few minutes ago I've deleted a question in which I've received two downvotes in two minutes. It is impossible to ask good questions in this site Mathematics Stack Exchange currently. The post has identificator 4450312. It's obvious that one (I) must to defend against disruptive behaviour, even if the moderator team of the site don't want to help.
