Strange pattern of minuscule edits, badge hunting? Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6

The $n=1$ to $n = 1$ edits in particular betray either a total lack of understanding of LaTeX's handling of whitespace or nefarious intent

@XanderHenderson Thanks. But you almost misunderstood me. That was the exact question: Is it possible to suspend a new user with just one question? As far as I understand it is almost impossible according to @amWhy's opinion.

@lonestudent it's not at all impossible, it's not very rare even. You misunderstood a bit what @amWhy said. She actually offered two explanations.

1. There is only one question visible but there are more.

2. The account is new but there are reasons to believe that the person controlling the account is not new to SE (and there are prior problems).

A third one (not applicable in the current case): the first post is entirely inappropriate (think of spam or abusive).

All of these are somewhat frequent.

Which one applies in the current case will not be confirmed.
