I find this question interesting for the wrong reasons. Note that this was answered by a moderator before it improved, and we had to perform context addition to rescue this question because of the answer. I hope this doesnot set a precedence that we will try to rescue every bad question which is well-answered with context addition. All EoQS related comments below the answer have...

... also been removed, so I'm just putting the fact out so that this can be taken into consideration. Please set a better example if you wan users to be following it as well, thanks.

@TeresaLisbon the comments related to EoQS should not have been removed unless they had other problems (like being rude, offensive, irrelevant).

3:17 AM
@ParamanandSingh Once the question improved, they may have been considered irrelevant, hence removed.

@ParamanandSingh I fully agree. In this case , they did not become irrelevant although it seems to be the case for someone not knowing the evolution of this post.

@Peter: I hope this becomes more of an exceptional case and not repeated in future.

@ParamanandSingh We can only hope that !

@XanderHenderson Hi XanderHenderson. Good morning. I want to ask a little question to you. I would like to give advice to improve this question. But I can't comment because it was deleted.. Please tell me. How many undelete votes do we need? If the OP and I both vote, does the question come back? So, if you don't mind finding out, can you tell me? Thank you.

@lonestudent You should have provided advice to the user asking the linked answer, waiting for a reply, prior to answering it. How are we to separate the issue from your motivation to gain back rep you lost after carelessly answering it?

But you are free to wait for yet another response from Xander to the same question you've which you wanted an undeletion for the same question, yesterday, e.g.?

@lonestudent Without a moderator help, 3 undelete-votes are necessary.

@Peter Thank you very much.
@Peter I didn't know that moderators have special intervention rights.

@XanderHenderson Can you give me information with a short comment? Are questions that have been upvoted but closed and have no answers, automatically deleted? Are all questions with 0 votes closed but no answer, automatically deleted? Are questions that have been downvoted and then closed but have answer, automatically deleted? Are questions with 0 votes closed, but with an answer, are automatically deleted? Thanks.

3:42 PM
@lonestudent That's too many question but still I would like to give a answer until you get answer from Xander. See Community can delete a question if it fulfils any criteria in this and community user deletion is I think what you mean by automatically deleted

3:55 PM
@lonestudent The "community user" with respect to deletion, aka, Roomba, at day 9 after question post has been closed, if it has a non-positive score, and any answer to it has a non-positive score, if there are any answers, than Roomba deletes the question post.

@lonestudent I lot of information can be found in this FAQ

@ArcticChar Thanks for providing the link, @ArcticChar

The Gruber! Hey, @Alexander!
@Alexander, I hope work (apart from moderating, which is a separate sort of work) isn't overwhelming you.

@JitendraSingh @ArcticChar I got it , thanks.

I am almost sure, 1 person here gave me 2 downvotes I know who you are, but I can't prove it. Now if I do the same, my account will be suspended. But I am patient. I will not reciprocate. :-)

@ArcticChar Hi. Good evening. Can I ask a question , this account has been suspended on a single question. How was suspension possible with 1 question? The account has only 1 question. OP was suspended by his/her first question. I was surprised..I could not understand. How was the new user suspended? Maybe mods also can answer.

8:50 PM
@lonestudent None of us can see the questions that were deleted by the user or the community. Nor can we know if the account was a sockpuppet. Users posting bad posts may be barred from asking questions, but not suspended. Please don't believe what you see: one question --> suspension. That doesn't happen here.
What I meant by not believing what you see is that one can't see the "recently deleted posts" each individual and only that individual, and the SE software, can access. So just because you see only one post listed, @lonestudent, tells you nothing about a users deleted posts. If course it's natural to assume what you see is all there is. But the fact that users can't see other users deleted posts on those others' profile, means we don't have the whole story of a user's posting history.
