Hello moderators! I am concerned, because I've noticed an increase in posts using programs to solve questions in which the asker never mentions they are looking for a computer program to output their answer. Essentially, they are "let me WA that for you", failing to explain how a user can solve a question without a program to rely on. I understand that same questions may ask for such an algorithm, but how can such answers, inappropriate for the question, be flagged?

How does a user's rep go to 1, when they have not been suspended, and would otherwise have ~25 rep? math.stackexchange.com/users/918433/sukhoi666, Or perhaps I should ask if a user is suspended, how long does it typically take to put a banner on their profile?
