@XanderHenderson indeed it is possible for moderators to create private chats. A way is to request it in a flag.
I am not sure what this is about. In any case, Bill Dubuque is an experienced user but not a moderator on this site (or anywhere in the SE network).

Telling me how to format my post simply to avoid downvote is singling out a post which is even worse in my books @XanderHenderson . @quid he acts the same as one and is on a power trip. Experience in my opinion is overrated, I've taught university professors of math topics I was a noob in.
