There were posts on meta because it can fail once every 6 months.

The fact that user who is banned from asking can post a new question after 6 month is probably a "feature" rather than "failure". (Again, I am not really sure whether this works similarly for answers.)

I usually delete, because either a community knows what it wants, or it's not a community, but a waring state.
